📋 Requirements
Your files must meet these requirements:
- File types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .ai, .psd, .eps
- Maximum size per file: 2 GB (2000 MB)
- Maximum total size: 5 GB for all files combined
- Maximum number of files: 5 files
🔧 Quick Fixes
🍎 iPhone/iPad Users
Solution:
- Update to the latest iOS version
- Use Safari or Chrome browser (latest version)
- Clear browser cache: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
- Try using desktop/laptop if available
📱 Android Users
Solution:
- Use Chrome browser (recommended)
- Make sure you have enough storage space on your device
- Try clearing Chrome cache: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Storage → Clear Cache
💻 Desktop Users
Solution:
- Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari (latest versions)
- Disable ad blockers temporarily (some block uploads)
- Try incognito/private browsing mode
- Check if antivirus/firewall is blocking the upload
🌐 Internet Connection Issues
Solution:
- Use WiFi instead of mobile data for large files
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Try uploading smaller files first to test
- Don't close or refresh the page while uploading
- Large files (100+ MB) may take several minutes
📝 Step-by-Step Upload Guide
Fill out your order details
Complete all the required fields before uploading files.
Click "Upload Designs" section
Tap the upload area with the folder icon 📁
Select your files
Choose up to 5 design files from your device.
Wait for upload to complete
You'll see a progress bar. Don't close the page!
See confirmation
Files will appear with a green checkmark ✓ when uploaded.
